About.
Where I come from, and how I work.
Introduction
I started as a full-stack developer in proptech, then moved to full-stack development in compliance and cybersecurity, before taking on the CTPO and CISO roles of a scale-up.
What I do best is turn ideas and customer needs into a clear vision and a product people actually use, with a team that ships and a security posture that holds up to audit.

How I work
Customer needs before features
A roadmap is a set of bets on what customers will value. I make those bets explicit and measurable.
Security as a product quality
Compliance is a consequence of doing things properly, not a checklist bolted on before the audit.
Teams that own their outcomes
I hire for judgement, set clear context, and get out of the way. Then I hold the line on quality.

Lately
Leading Nestor through its ISO 27001 certification, which means a lot of evidence, a few hard conversations about risk, and a team that now treats security as part of the product.
Opening a few days a month to freelance missions: fractional CTO or CISO work, audits, and helping founders scaffold a first product and team.
